Governing Body

There are 5 members in the Governing Body. Members are selected by general body based. on their experience, qualification, and development background and also from target groups (tribal / Dalits) who can positively contribute to the organisation

The tenure of Governing Body is 10 years. This body sits twice a year. The existing members can continue if again selected by general body.

Powers and Functions

> Identify and suggest strategic intervention areas of M.V.

> Undertake organizational renewal exercise for resetting/reformulating vgm

> Ensure norms and values to be followed

Meeting legal compliance's Addressing staff grievances

> Review of organizational manuals

Appointing auditor > Guiding and assisting the secretary
